Life’s challenges have shaped me in ways I never expected. As a survivor of domestic abuse, chronic illness, and cancer, I discovered a deep connection with the universe that changed my life forever. My journey hasn’t been easy, but it has led me to a place of strength, wisdom, and healing that I now share with others.
Through my journey of healing and self-discovery, I came to understand something profound: the trauma I experienced as an adult was often a continuation of wounds from my childhood. It wasn’t until much later that I was able to connect these dots and truly begin healing. I share this story in more detail in my book, as it holds the key to understanding how we can break free from the chains of past pain and step into our full potential.
Life has tested me in ways I never imagined—through domestic abuse, chronic illness, and even cancer. Each challenge forced me to confront not only my pain but also the deeper truths about the mind, body, and spirit. I’ve experienced firsthand the internal battle we all face—the moments when our mind whispers that we know what we want, yet something holds us back from taking action. We tell ourselves, tomorrow I will change, only to find ourselves stuck in the same patterns. But through my journey, I discovered that the answers have always been there—hidden in ancient wisdom, waiting for us to reclaim them.
The turning point came with the loss of my beloved Granny. I remember holding her picture, feeling utterly lost, as if my strength had been taken from me. But as I looked out the window, a rainbow appeared—a sign that I was not alone. In that moment, something deep within me awakened. I realized that true healing doesn’t come from external forces alone; it comes from within. That moment marked my rebirth.
I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, immersing myself in powerful healing modalities:

But my learning never stops. I am fascinated by how ancient healing traditions align with modern science, and I am currently studying health sciences and business in the UK to deepen my understanding and reach more people in need of guidance.
Beyond my studies, I have also embraced Wim Hof’s cold exposure method, regularly practicing ice baths for both my physical and mental well-being. Stepping into freezing water is not just about endurance—it’s about facing discomfort, pushing through mental barriers, and proving to myself that I am stronger than my fears. It is a practice that reminds me, every single day, that resilience is built in moments of challenge.
